7A.16  Legislative proceedings.

The reports of the legislative proceedings shall be delivered by the secretary of the senate and the chief clerk of the house to the state printing administrator promptly upon completion, and the state printing administrator shall cause the reports to be printed in accordance with the contracts covering them. The state printing administrator shall require that proof copies of the daily journal be furnished the next legislative day after date and shall promptly deliver them to the sergeants at arms of each house. The corrections and changes made in the journal by the general assembly shall be made before the printing of the corrected or completed journal.
