The directors shall select from their own number a president, one or more vice presidents, a secretary-treasurer or a secretary and a treasurer, and shall fill vacancies in such offices. Unless the articles or bylaws otherwise provide, said officers shall be chosen for annual terms at the close of the first regular meeting of members in each year.
The directors shall also choose and may remove such other officers and employees as they deem proper, or as the articles or bylaws may prescribe.
