The secretary may require operations at licensed establishments to be conducted during reasonable hours. The owner or operator of each licensed establishment shall keep the secretary informed in advance of intended hours of operation.
A charge shall be made for overtime inspection in excess of eight hours per day or outside assigned work schedules and also on state legal holidays.
