The department may deny, suspend, or revoke a license if the department determines there is failure of the program to comply with this division or the rules adopted under this division. The suspension or revocation may be appealed under chapter 17A. The department may reissue a license following a suspension or revocation after the hospice corrects the conditions upon which the suspension or revocation was based.
