19B.6  Responsibilities of department of personnel and department of management--affirmative action.

The department of personnel shall oversee the implementation of sections 19B.1 through 19B.5 and shall work with the governor to ensure compliance with those sections, including the attainment of affirmative action goals and timetables, by all state agencies, excluding the state board of regents and its institutions.
