This chapter shall not authorize the practice of medicine and surgery by any person not licensed pursuant to chapter 148, the practice of osteopathy by any person not licensed pursuant to chapter 150, or the practice of osteopathic medicine and surgery by any person not licensed pursuant to chapter 150A.
