544B.21  Examination not required.

Any person who within one year after the effective date of this chapter meets the application requirements of section 544B.9 shall upon application receive a certificate of registration without examination upon payment of the registration fee, provided that the practical experience in landscape architectural work need not have been under the supervision of a registered landscape architect but shall be of such a nature as in the opinion of the board to satisfactorily qualify the applicant.
