544B.2  Registration required.

A person shall not use the title of landscape architect or any title or device indicating or representing in any manner that such person is a landscape architect or is practicing landscape architecture unless such person is a registered landscape architect as provided in section 544B.11. Every holder of a registration certificate as a registered landscape architect shall display it in a conspicuous place in the holder's principal office.
