The articles of incorporation, and any subsequent amendments, of a corporation shall have endorsed on or annexed to the approval of the commissioner of insurance before the same shall be filed for record. A corporation shall file with the commissioner bylaws and subsequent amendments to the bylaws within thirty days of the adoption of the bylaws and amendments.
