The department shall prepare and publish an annual report which shall include statistics reasonably available, with respect to the operation of this chapter, including amounts collected, classification of taxpayers, and such other facts as are deemed pertinent and valuable. The annual report shall also include the reports and information required pursuant to section 421.1, subsection 5; section 421.17, subsection 13; section 421.17, subsection 34, paragraph "h"; section 421.60, subsection 2, paragraphs "i" and "l"; and 1997 Iowa Acts, chapter 211, section 22, subsection 5, paragraph "a".
