214.1  Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter:

1.  "Motor vehicle fuel" means a substance or combination of substances which is intended to be or is capable of being used for the purpose of propelling or running by combustion any internal combustion engine and is kept for sale or sold for that purpose.

2.  "Motor vehicle fuel pump" means a stationary pump, meter, or similar measuring device used for measuring retail motor vehicle fuel.

3.  "Public scale" shall mean any scale or weighing device for the use of which a charge is made or compensation is derived.
