87.7  Termination of plan--appeal.

Such scheme or plan may be terminated by the workers' compensation commissioner on reasonable notice to the interested parties if it shall appear that the same is not fairly administered, or if its operation shall disclose latent defects threatening its solvency, or if for any substantial reason it fails to accomplish the purpose of this chapter; but from any such order of said workers' compensation commissioner judicial review may be sought in accordance with the terms of the Iowa administrative procedure Act, upon the giving of proper bond to protect the interests involved.
