714.13  Fraudulent practice in the fifth degree.

Fraudulent practice in the fifth degree is a fraudulent practice where the amount of money or value of property or services involved does not exceed one hundred dollars.

Fraudulent practice in the fifth degree is a simple misdemeanor.
