515.2  Articles--approval.

Each such organization shall present to the commissioner of insurance its articles of incorporation, which shall show its name, objects, location of its principal place of business, and amount of its capital stock, who shall submit it to the attorney general for examination, and if found by the attorney general to be in accordance with the provisions of this title, the laws of the United States, and the Constitution and laws of the state, the attorney general shall certify such fact thereon and return the same to said commissioner, and no articles shall be approved by the commissioner or recorded unless accompanied with such certificate.
