An insurance carrier approved by the commissioner pursuant to section 513B.41 to offer a policy eligible for the premium credit provided by section 513B.43, shall receive a premium tax credit equal to the premium credit earned by participating employers pursuant to section 513B.43, subsection 2, and any additional amount allowed by the commissioner pursuant to a contract for administrative expenses.
