The committee is located for administrative purposes within the department of management. The director of the department of management shall provide office space and staff assistance, and shall budget funds to cover expenses of the committee.
Each member is entitled to receive actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of committee duties. Each member other than the state official members is also entitled to receive a per diem as specified in section 7E.6 for each day spent in performance of committee duties.
