Reports of the following officials and departments shall cover the year ending December 31 of each year, and shall be filed as soon as practicable after said date:
1. Commissioner of insurance.
2. Apiarist.
3. State geologist.
4. Fire marshal.
5. Accountancy examining board.
6. Engineering and land surveying examining board.
7. College student aid commission.
