Senator Gronstal withdrew his objection to Senator Iverson’s
request for unanimous consent to withdraw amendment S-3003.

Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment S-3003, as amended.

Senator Iverson offered amendment S-3002, filed by Senators
Iverson and Kramer from the floor to pages 3 and 10 of the resolution
and moved its adoption.

Amendment S-3002 was adopted by a voice vote.

Senator Iverson moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 1.

A record roll call was requested.
