1 9 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:

1 11 Section 1. The amendments to 567 Iowa administrative code,
1 12 rule 28.1, adopted on April 21, 2003, are nullified.
1 13 Sec. 2. 567 Iowa administrative code, rule 28.2, adopted
1 14 on April 21, 2003, is nullified.
1 15 Sec. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Joint Resolution, being
1 16 deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.
