1 1 Amend the amendment, S-5384, to the House
1 2 amendment, S-5383, to Senate File 2298, as amended,
1 3 passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
1 4 #1. Page 19, by inserting after line 23, the
1 5 following:
1 6 "Sec. . DESTINATION STATE PARK. There is
1 7 appropriated from the ending balance surplus in the
1 8 general fund of the state for the fiscal year
1 9 beginning July 1, 2004, and ending June 30, 2005,
1 10 prior to any other distribution of the ending balance
1 11 otherwise required by section 8.57 or any other law,
1 12 to the department of natural resources, the following
1 13 amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used
1 14 for the purposes designated:
1 15 For costs associated with the planning, design, and
1 16 construction of a premier destination state park:
1 17 .................................................. $ 3,000,000"
1 18 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
