  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5384, to the House
  1  2 amendment, S-5383, to Senate File 2298, as amended,
  1  3 passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 42, by inserting after line 45 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "(5)  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008,
  1  7 and ending June 30, 2009, the sum of five million
  1  8 dollars.
  1  9    (6)  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009,
  1 10 and ending June 30, 2010, the sum of five million
  1 11 dollars."
  1 12    #2.  Page 43, by inserting after line 8 the
  1 13 following:
  1 14    "(4)  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008,
  1 15 and ending June 30, 2009, the sum of seven million
  1 16 dollars.
  1 17    (5)  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009,
  1 18 and ending June 30, 2010, the sum of seven million
  1 19 dollars."
