  1  1    Amend House File 2552, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 321.115, subsection 1, Code
  1  6 2003, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    1.  A motor vehicle twenty-five years old or older,
  1  8 whose owner desires to use the motor vehicle
  1  9 exclusively for exhibition or educational purposes at
  1 10 state or county fairs, or at other places where the
  1 11 motor vehicle may be exhibited for entertainment or
  1 12 educational purposes, or for other occasional use,
  1 13 shall be given a registration for a registration fee
  1 14 of five dollars per annum permitting the driving of
  1 15 the motor vehicle upon the public roads to and from
  1 16 state and county fairs or other places of
  1 17 entertainment or education for exhibition or
  1 18 educational purposes, and to and from service stations
  1 19 for the purpose of receiving necessary maintenance, or
  1 20 for other occasional use."
  1 21    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 22 word "to" the following:  "motor vehicle registration,
  1 23 providing for".
  1 24    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
