  1  1    Amend House File 2473, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "recommendation." the following:  "If the respondent
  1  5 has no county of legal settlement or the legal
  1  6 settlement is unknown, the state shall provide the
  1  7 placement recommendation and facility identification
  1  8 in lieu of the administrator or designee."
  1  9    #2.  Page 3, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "respondent." the following:  "If the respondent has
  1 11 no county of legal settlement or the legal settlement
  1 12 is unknown, the state shall provide the placement
  1 13 recommendation and facility identification in lieu of
  1 14 the administrator or designee."
