  1  2 passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 34 through 36.
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, line 37, by striking the word "c." and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "b."
  1  6    #3.  By striking page 5, line 50, through page 6,
  1  7 line 5.
  1  8    #4.  Page 6, line 6, by striking the figure "6."
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "5."
  1 10    #5.  Page 6, by inserting after line 8 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "#___.  Page 3, by inserting after line 1 the
  1 13 following:
  1 14    "Sec.    .  APPLICABILITY DATE.  The sections of
  1 15 this Act enacting sections 100C.1 through 100C.6,
  1 16 100C.8, and 100C.9 shall not be applicable until July
  1 17 1, 2005.""
  1 18    #6.  Page 6, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1 19 "penalties" the following:  "and for the Act's
  1 20 applicability".
  1 21    #7.  By renumbering as necessary.
