  1  7    "12.  The department shall utilize not more than
  1  8 $2,300,000 of the funds appropriated in this section
  1  9 to draw down the maximum amount of disproportionate
  1 10 share hospital reimbursement under the medical
  1 11 assistance program as provided in the federal
  1 12 Prescription Drug and Medicare Improvement Act of
  1 13 2003."
