  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 10, by striking the word "and".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the figure
  1  5 "135C.1" the following:  ", and a federally licensed,
  1  6 regulated, or registered nonprofit blood bank, blood
  1  7 center, or plasma center collecting, processing, or
  1  8 distributing whole human blood, blood components,
  1  9 plasma, blood fractions, or blood derivatives for use
  1 10 by a licensed health care provider".
  1 11    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
