  1  1    Amend Senate File 2209 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 12, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "2A.  The person administering an early childhood
  1  5 immunization shall provide the parent or legal
  1  6 guardian of the child with information about the
  1  7 amount of mercury or other preservatives containing
  1  8 heavy metals contained in the immunization."
  1  9    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 14 and 15, and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "early childhood
  1 11 immunizations for influenza or in times of emergency
  1 12 or epidemic as".
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
