  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5104, to Senate File 2257,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 45 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "(1)  Receives prior approval from the commissioner
  1  6 that the absence of credit information or the
  1  7 inability to calculate an insurance score relates to
  1  8 the risk for the insurer."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
