  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 6 through 8 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "recreational trail runs
  1  4 parallel to the roadway adjacent to or within the
  1  5 highway right-of-way and is accessible from the
  1  6 highway, or if a paved shoulder designated as a
  1  7 bikeway runs parallel to the roadway.  This section
  1  8 applies to primary".
