1 4 "Sec. . CLOSE-CLEARANCE CONDITIONS NEAR
1 5 RAILROAD TRACKS – RULES. The state department of
1 6 transportation shall adopt rules regulating close-
1 7 clearance conditions on or near railroad tracks. The
1 8 rules shall include requirements and standards for the
1 9 installation of close-clearance warning devices."
