1 4 "STATE BOARD OF REGENTS
1 5 Section 1. There is appropriated from the rebuild
1 6 Iowa infrastructure fund to the state board of regents
1 7 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, and ending
1 8 June 30, 2004, the following amounts, or so much
1 9 thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purposes
1 10 designated:
1 11 1. For completion of the girls' dormitory at the
1 12 Iowa school for the deaf:
1 13 .................................................. $ 100,000
1 14 2. For electrical and plumbing upgrades, repair of
1 15 classrooms and the auditorium, and restoration of the
1 16 auditorium at the Iowa braille and sight saving
1 17 school:
1 18 .................................................. $ 100,000"
1 19 #2. Page 4, by striking lines 9 through 11 and
1 20 inserting the following:
1 21 "Of the amount appropriated in this section,
1 22 $250,000 is allocated to maintain and operate the
1 23 enterprise warehouse technology project and $65,000 is
1 24 allocated to".
1 25 #3. Page 12, by striking lines 26 through 33.
1 26 #4. By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
1 27 internal references as necessary.
