  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3162, to House File 593, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 4, line 12, by striking the word "three"
  1  5 and inserting the following:  "three seven".
  1  6    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 26 through 28 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "3.  For any election except a primary or general
  1  9 election or a special election to fill a vacancy under
  1 10 section 69.14, the commissioner may, as an
  1 11 alternative".
  1 12    #3.  Page 4, line 44, by striking the word "three"
  1 13 and inserting the following:  "three seven".
