  1  1    Amend Senate File 445 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "relief." the following:  "However, all supplemental
  1  4 school infrastructure amounts received shall be used
  1  5 solely for school infrastructure purposes and shall
  1  6 not be used to reduce any property tax levy."
  1  7    #2.  Page 9, by striking lines 9 through 30 and
  1  8 inserting the following:
  1  9    "__.  For the purposes of the distributions under
  1 10 subsection 2, paragraph "b", a school district that
  1 11 receives a supplemental school infrastructure amount
  1 12 shall use such amount solely for school infrastructure
  1 13 purposes and shall not use such amount to reduce any
  1 14 property tax levy."
