The study shall include an assessment of 3 11 advantages and disadvantages, economies of scale, 3 12 cost, and space availability, and shall solicit input 3 13 from outside vendors, both public and private. The 3 14 department shall report to the legislative fiscal 3 15 bureau and the committees on government oversight of 3 16 the senate and house of representatives on the 3 17 department's findings and recommendations by November 3 18 1, 2004." 3 19 # . Page 181, by striking lines 1 through 3 and 3 20 inserting the following: "the department of 3 21 administrative services unless more efficient results 3 22 can be obtained through the use of other 3 23 entrepreneurial methods as authorized by chapter 8A. 3 24 The request for proposals shall allow for the awarding 3 25 of all or parts of fleet management to the department 3 26 of administrative services, other governmental 3 27 agencies, or nongovernmental entities." 3 28 # .
