  1  1    Amend House File 652, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  CLOSE-CLEARANCE CONDITIONS NEAR
  1  6 RAILROAD TRACKS – RULES.  The state department of
  1  7 transportation shall adopt rules regulating close-
  1  8 clearance conditions on or near railroad tracks.  The
  1  9 rules shall include requirements and standards for the
  1 10 installation of close-clearance warning devices."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words "and
  1 12 making" and inserting the following:  "transportation,
  1 13 including making".
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
