  1  1    Amend Senate File 344 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  By striking page 41, line 33, through page 42,
  1  3 line 6, and inserting the following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 535.8, subsection 2, paragraph
  1  5 b, Code 2003, is amended by adding the following new
  1  6 subparagraphs:
  1  7    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH.  (11)  Underwriting fee.
  1  8    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH.  (12)  Tax service fee.
  1  9    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH.  (13)  Flood hazard determination
  1 10 fee."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 12 internal references as necessary.
