  1  6 and inserting the following:  "services".
  1  7    #3.  Page 5, line 18, by striking the words
  1  8 "broadband services" and inserting the following:
  1  9 "advanced telecommunications services".
  1 10    #4.  Page 5, lines 34 and 35, by striking the words
  1 11 ", to a minimum of fifty-six kilobits per second,".
  1 12    #5.  Page 7, line 20, by striking the word

  1 14    #6.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
