Page 8, by inserting after line 20 the 1 10 following: 1 11 "Sec. . NEW SECTION. 902.12A MINIMUM SENTENCE 1 12 FOR CERTAIN FELONIES – CRIME AGAINST A CHILD. 1 13 A person serving a sentence for a conviction of a 1 14 felony described in section 902.12, where the victim 1 15 of the felony is a child, shall be denied parole or 1 16 work release unless the person has served at least 1 17 eighty-five percent of the maximum term of the 1 18 person's confinement."" 1 19 #2.
