  1  1    Amend Senate File 390 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 13, by striking the words "of
  1  3 whether" and inserting the following:  "that".
  1  4    #2.  Page 3, line 14, by striking the words "or
  1  5 nonpartisan".
  1  6    #3.  Page 10, by striking lines 12 through 16, and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "j.  Provide for the partisan election of its
  1  9 officers."
  1 10    #4.  Page 15, by striking lines 27 through 29, and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "specifically provide that
  1 12 the election of new officers shall be on a partisan
  1 13 basis.  The elections shall be".
  1 14    #5.  By striking page 16, line 33, through page 17,
  1 15 line 3.
  1 16    #6.  Page 20, by striking lines 9 through 12, and
  1 17 inserting the following:  "commission created pursuant
  1 18 to section 331.233."
  1 19    #7.  By renumbering as necessary.
