1 7 inserting the following:

1 11 #3. Page 18, line 21, by striking the word
1 12 "chosen" and inserting the following: "appointed".
1 13 #4. Page 18, line 24, by striking the word
1 14 "chosen" and inserting the following: "appointed".
1 15 #5. Page 19, line 3, by inserting after the word
1 16 "legislator." the following: "If any portion of a
1 17 legislative district is in the unincorporated area of
1 18 the county, the member appointed by that legislator
1 19 shall be a resident of the unincorporated area of the
1 20 county."
1 21 #6. Page 19, by inserting after line 3, the
1 22 following:
1 23 "e. Three members appointed by the township
1 24 trustees of all the townships in the county and an
1 25 additional member appointed by the township trustees
1 26 for each five percent of the total population of the
1 27 county residing in the unincorporated area of the
1 28 county. The members shall be residents of the
1 29 unincorporated area of the county and shall be persons
1 30 who are not holding elected office other than that of
1 31 township trustee. The county auditor shall determine
1 32 the date and location for a meeting of the township
1 33 trustees of all the townships in the county at which
1 34 meeting the appointments shall be made and shall
1 35 provide written notice of the meeting to the trustees.
1 36 The meeting shall be held in accordance with chapter
1 37 21."
