  1  4 TO NULLIFY ADMINISTRATIVE RULES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
  1  5    RESOURCES CONCERNING METHODS OF TAKING WILD TURKEY AND DEER
  1  6    AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

  1  8 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  9 
  1 10    Section 1.  571 Iowa administrative code, rule 98.2,
  1 11 subrule 1, paragraph b, subparagraph (2), last sentence, is
  1 12 nullified.
  1 13    Sec. 2.  571 Iowa administrative code, rule 106.7, subrule
  1 14 1, paragraph b, last sentence, is nullified.
  1 15    Sec. 3.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This joint resolution, being
  1 16 deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.
