  1  1    Section 1.  Section 455D.11C, subsection 2, Code 2003, is
  1  2 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1  3    NEW PARAGRAPH.  f.  The awarding of grants to counties for
  1  4 purposes of assisting in the costs of cleaning up waste tire
  1  5 stockpiles in the county.  
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill relates to county grants under the waste tire
  1  8 management fund.  The bill provides that moneys in the waste
  1  9 tire management fund shall be used for the awarding of grants
  1 10 to counties for purposes of assisting in the costs of cleaning
  1 11 up waste tire stockpiles in the county.
