  1  1    Section 1.  Section 670.4, Code 2003, is amended by adding
  1  2 the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  16.  Any separate claim against a county
  1  4 based upon or arising out of a claim against a county public
  1  5 hospital board of trustees or its employees.  
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill prohibits a separate tort liability claim against
  1  8 a county based upon or arising out of a tort liability claim
  1  9 against a county public hospital board of trustees or its
  1 10 employees.
