  1  3    A private sewage disposal system may install an expanded
  1  4 polystyrene aggregate trench system which utilizes one hundred
  1  5 percent recycled polystyrene.  
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill relates to the use of recycled polystyrene in
  1  8 private sewage disposal systems.  The bill allows private
  1  9 sewage disposal systems to install an expanded polystyrene
  1 10 aggregate trench system which utilizes 100 percent recycled
  1 11 polystyrene.
