  1  1    Section 1.  HEALTHY IOWANS TOBACCO TRUST – APPROPRIATION
  1  2 TO IOWA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.  There is appropriated
  1  3 from the healthy Iowans tobacco trust created in section 12.65
  1  4 to the Iowa department of public health for the fiscal year
  1  5 beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004, the
  1  6 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be
  1  7 used for the purpose designated:
  1  8    For the state poison control center:  
  1  9 .................................................. $    750,000
  1 10                           EXPLANATION
  1 11    This bill appropriates $750,000 from the healthy Iowans
  1 12 tobacco trust to the Iowa department of public health for
  1 13 fiscal year 2003-2004 for the state poison control center.
