1 4 A Concurrent Resolution amending the joint rules of
1 5 the Senate and House of Representatives for the
1 6 Eightieth General Assembly.
1 7 Joint Rule 17, in House Concurrent Resolution 4, is
1 8 amended by adding the following new unnumbered
1 9 paragraph:
1 10 NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH. In developing an
1 11 estimate for a bill that provides a tax credit or tax
1 12 deduction for purposes of economic development, the
1 13 fiscal services division of the legislative services
1 14 agency shall apply a return on investment analysis
1 15 methodology and include the results of the analysis in
1 16 the estimate information.
