1 2 #1. Page 1, line 34, by striking the figure
1 3 <61,045,652> and inserting the following:

1 5 #2. Page 2, line 1, by striking the figure
1 6 <36,915,343> and inserting the following:
1 7 <20,045,652>.
1 8 #3. Page 3, by inserting after line 16 the
1 9 following:
1 10 <k. (1) To the department of education for
1 11 additional state aid to school districts:
1 12 .................................................. $ 41,000,000
1 13 (2) The amount appropriated in subparagraph (1)
1 14 shall be allocated to school districts based upon each
1 15 school district's budget enrollment, as defined in
1 16 section 257.6, for the school budget year beginning
1 17 July 1, 2004, to the total budget enrollment for all
1 18 school districts for the school budget year beginning
1 19 July 1, 2004.
1 20 (3) Moneys received by a school district pursuant
1 21 to this lettered paragraph "k" shall be considered
1 22 miscellaneous income.>
