  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  For establishment of a revolving fund for
  1  5 provision of loan guarantee or credit risk premium
  1  6 assistance for Iowa-based federal railroad
  1  7 administration classified class I and class II
  1  8 railroads:  
  1  9 .................................................. $    100,000
  1 10    Loan guarantees or credit risk premium assistance
  1 11 made from the fund shall be used to support
  1 12 applications to the federal railroad rehabilitation
  1 13 and improvement financing program by such classified
  1 14 railroads."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
