  1  1    Amend House File 2578 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 19, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  GENERAL FUND TRANSFER – CHILD ADVOCACY
  1  5 BOARD.  Of the amount appropriated from the general
  1  6 fund of the state for the fiscal year beginning July
  1  7 1, 2004, in 2004 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2298, Division
  1  8 I, to the department of management for federal
  1  9 overrecovery, $400,000 shall be transferred to the
  1 10 department of inspections and appeals, child advocacy
  1 11 board, to be used to address a federal funding
  1 12 reduction affecting the child advocacy board."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
