  1  1    Amend House File 2578 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 22, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 99F.1, subsection 7A, if
  1  5 enacted by 2004 Iowa Acts, House File 2302, is amended
  1  6 to read as follows:
  1  7    7A.  "Excursion boat" means a self-propelled,
  1  8 floating vessel that is or has been previously
  1  9 certified by the United States coast guard for
  1 10 operation as a vessel."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
